Yes. You can set an optional donation cap (example: “$2 per strike, up to $50 max”). Capping is a common way to make “per performance” pledges feel comfortable.

Most events collect payment after scores are recorded, because the final amount depends on performance. Some fundraisers also offer the option to pay a flat gift immediately.  

After the event, we’ll send a confirmation showing:

• Bowler’s recorded strikes

• Your pledge rate (or flat amount)

• Your final total (and cap, if you set one)

Choose a flat donation—it’s one payment and doesn’t depend on score. (Many pledge sheets explicitly offer flat gifts as the “simple” option.)  

If the tournament is fundraising for a registered nonprofit, donations are typically tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We’ll provide a receipt if applicable (and note any non-deductible portion, such as goods/services).
